OUR STYLE
We like to work at pace. That means really driving engagement and building plans that work for your needs. So we can anticipate the what-ifs and always deliver.
We know that clients have multiple projects running simultaneously and we need to work with this. We can build in any changes in your delivery timelines but you should always get what we agreed from us, when it was agreed by. Working in this disciplined way is key to how we work with you. So we will always have a plan, or a plan for a plan, so we always know where we are and what needs doing. We call this same page thinking and drives clarity and the right client-led discussions. This is really important to us, and our experience has shown us that’s important for our clients too.
We have been doing this as part of The Talent Foundry, or across our careers for a long time now. Our experience counts for a lot. We are considered in the way we communicate, but honesty is key. We like to be direct, but we do this thoughtfully, with the singular intention of working, on the right things, in the right way. This saves time and means we work on the areas that will bring about the greatest value and performance change for you. So, if honesty works for you, you should know that it's number one for us.

OUR CLIENTS
OUR EXPERTISE
For nearly 15 years The Talent Foundry has been asked by clients to develop engagement and behavioural change that will ensure that organisational programmes are sustainable with people at the core - this becomes ‘the way we work’.
It is built by teams for teams and focuses on understanding how individual teams play their part and commit and lead on what’s required. It is about identifying both the need for change and what that change will look, feel and be like. For this to work, simplicity is key. It is about capturing what the change means and how operations will run the business in the future and what is needed to get there.
If it sounds too simple, it's meant to!

The Talent Foundry has been delivering ‘the way we work’ methodology for over 15 years, our clients can vouch for its value add and the change in performance and mindset adopted.
Our Leadership programmes further support change adoption and drive accountability giving managers change leadership skills and a revised energy to support performance and realise committed plans. This forges the workforce of the future and how that ‘force’ shapes future needs and own outcomes.
The Talent Foundry team all have strong commercial/operational HR backgrounds which is critical to the understanding of client needs and changing the dial in performance. This experience has also supported multi stakeholder engagement plans and has been pivotal in working with trade unions and joint consultative committees taking diverse groups on the change process with us.
